Hey guys, this is just a quick rant and heads up about Chinese honorifics. As you guys have read thus so far, we’ve been using “Bro” a lot in the past few chapters. The “correct” term if translated would be “elder brother” for 哥, or “younger brother” for 弟. However, along the way, I’ve decided that they were too formal for my taste and converted them all into “Bro”. MMS is set in a more modern type of setting so the conversation is much more casual. The other reason why I’ve converted 哥 into “Bro” is because both are one syllable each. This means that any tone of voice a character uses whilst saying 哥 could be used on the converted “Bro” much more smoothly than “Brother” or “Elder brother”…

If anyone does not like this conversion, feel free to come up with a better word or wording for…
